If you haven't seen Hulk Hogan's sex tape, you still have time. A judge has denied the wrestler's request to remove it from the Internet.

Last month, The Hulkster sued Gawker for $100 million for posting the footage and filed a preliminary motion demanding the site take it down immediately. But today (Wednesday), a judge ruled that Hulk failed to prove the website wasn't within its First Amendment rights to post the video in the first place, so it will stay put.
